November was a busy, busy, busy month. Here's what I got up to:

Went hiking with some friends, got my hair done (my bestie's new salon is SO FANCY) and put together a billy bookcase with doors for some bathroom storage.

Finally tidied up the laundry and bathroom, half tidied up the closet (as in, got everything off the floor, did not get around to decluttering).

Went to bernheim forest to see some giants, watched pushing daisies (still working on season 1), went to ikea (yes, again), went to a girls wine night (any excuse to eat which wich).

Went to the goo goo dolls concert (absolute amazeballs) - I think that is my third concert at the palace and each time I've gone, they have cocktails named after songs or whatever. I had a few cocktails named Iris. They were delish.

Had a work thing (we did one of those escape rooms and then ate and drank all the things), I got a wearable blanket, hung out with some friends and watched monsters university and then dave chapelle's thing on netflix, attempted sunny side up eggs, did a cooking class (it was more of a watch and learn class vs actually doing the cooking but it was still fun and we got to eat the food).

Got a new laptop, ran a turkey trot 10k with my friends, ate all the carbs for thanksgiving.

Went and smashed a bunch of things in some very attractive outfits - at first I was cranky I had to wear all that and then my friend smashed something and the glass still managed to go down my top so I was very thankful! In the photos, I'm not always wearing the protective gear and my top isn't buttoned all the way but they were very strict while we were actually smashing - gloves, glasses, helmets, everything. Still, it was absolutely as fun as it looks!

Attended a winesgiving - the bowl o' wine is all the wine people tipped out after tasting if they didn't like it. Also isn't my bestie's dog the cutest.

Even with all that, I still managed to run, go to the gym + do some hot yoga - I actually worked out way more than the below, but I didn't take photos, who am I even?

I also found time to read, but of course. Finally feel back to my normal reading self. Accidentally bought a bunch of books at half price books and they got me with the $8 tshirt when I was waiting in the checkout line. Book club was Thirteen and burrito bowls. SUYB on Tuesday!

^ full disclosure, have not read The Place on Dalhousie, but I ordered it and it was pretty so I took a photo. Also, I read Chloe Brown a few months ago but I chose it as my BOTM.

And of course, I hung out with my cats a lot. And we also had a visit from a random cat who I named squishy. Squishy has not been back to see us, but I'll keep an eye out. I know this may sound totally crazy, but both (all, Chelsea was the same) my cats love to be held when I get home/wake up if I am standing in front of a mirror. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the mirror, but just the fact that I'm in the bathroom or bedroom, but they will let me hold them in those two rooms way longer than in any other room, so I tend to take a lot of photos like that.

One of my goals in November was to record something each day that I was grateful for or made me happy - I shared it each day on Instagram. I ordered a little gratitude journal on amazon to keep it going, because there were a few days that I thought of other things but they weren't as easy to take photos of. Anyway. That's the only goal I completed in November, am ignoring the rest and not making any goals for December either.

Phew, finally done. November was busy. So far, December hasn't been as busy, I'm trying to keep it that way for a couple of weeks at least. If you'd like to link up, please do so below:
