I don't have that much to share today but I thought I'd still link up with Lauren & Bre.
Here's what I recommend you add to your list:
TJs Chickpeas
I've made roasted chickpeas myself before, they tasted nothing like these. These ones are super crunchy, perfect to act as croutons for my salad.
Pasta pot ikea / bed bath and beyond
I actually have both of these, no idea why. The one pictured is the ikea one. They are good size pots, not just for pasta but SO handy for pasta. I don't think I will ever use a normal pot and pour into a colander ever again. So handy.
These sunglasses from Amazon
I first bought these for $5 in 2014, then again in 2016 for $10 (when I stood on the first pair and broke them). I just bought the two pack last week for $17 because I lost my other pair (this is why I don't buy expensive sunglasses). I highly recommend them if you like cheap sunnies.
So, like I said, not a lot, but I highly recommend all of them. I've been testing out more Trader Joe's products recently, I love their gnocchi so much I could eat it every day.
If you shop at TJs, what's your favourite product?
Must buy those chickpeas! I can never get them to taste great so I'm anxious to try these. And I'll be buying the gnocchi next time I'm there, too. I'm with you - I only purchase cheap sunnies!
ReplyDeleteOh, I have always liked your sunglasses when you wear them on Snap/Instagram stories. Glad you shared the source! I've done a few posts on my TJs favorites because it's always changing and I like to try their new stuff here and there. It's too hard to narrow it down to one favorite!
ReplyDeleteThose pots look like perfection for pasta making, thank you!
ReplyDeletethose sunnies are so cute! xo jillian - cornflake dreams
ReplyDeleteOhh those chickpeas look so good. I've tried roasting them before but wasn't crazy about them/never did it again because I didn't like them enough- but having them ready to go look like they'd be a really good snack. Those sunglasses are so cute- it's the best when you can get multiple pairs just in case.
ReplyDeleteThe chickpeas lool good! I have roasted them myself too and they never taste that good.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to find those chickpeas next time I venture to a TJs. I wish there was one closer, they're all kind of a pain for me to get to.
ReplyDeleteThose chickpeas looks amazing! I've made them at home but they're so much work to keep shaking the pan every few min!
ReplyDeleteTrader Joe's for the win! I love finding new favorites each time I go <3

I wish Trader Joe's was more accessible to me but as it is now they are a PITA for me to get to. I like a lot of their frozen stuff.
ReplyDeleteI so desperately wish we had a Trader Joe's :(
ReplyDeleteI recently discovered that I like chickpeas when I bought them for a road trip! Ranch ones sound pretty yummy...
I buy cheap sunglasses, too, because I'm a terror.
Love chickpeas (we call in channa here and we cook it a variety of ways). Those sunnies look great. I always have one pair of exp sunnies and a whole bunch of cheapos. This is perfect for me.
ReplyDeletewe need a TJs in Canada!!!
ReplyDeleteI've been loving this Everything Bagel seasoning from TJs and also these frozen chili lime chicken burgers!
ReplyDeleteI'm always on the hunt for cheap sunglasses & reading glasses. I'm like a kid - I break them so fast.
ReplyDeleteI need to check out those chickpeas! They sound delicious. I've made some decent ones from scratch but you're right - they don't stay crispy. And I don't need to eat an entire batch in one sitting! I have to buy prescription sunglasses, which sucks, because expensive. The good news, I guess, is that I am very, very careful with them. Otherwise, I was terrible about losing them too.
ReplyDeleteI really haven't tried much from TJ except for their snacks, but I definitely need to try more! That gnocchi sounds so good right now!
ReplyDeleteIt takes like almost no effort but I'm still always too lazy to roast chickpeas even though I have them on hand. I'll be on the lookout for those at TJs!
ReplyDeleteDavid's mom has a pot like that that I used when we spent the week at her beach house and it was great. I have like 4 colanders though so I have no good reason to buy one, wah.
I am a TJ's addict now that I work right next to one. I am kind of sorry that I tried the Gorgonzola Gnocchi because I legit dream about it. So amazing!!
ReplyDeleteGah I wish we had a Trader Joe's nearby! They seem like the bomb dot com!
ReplyDeleteYum, I need to check out those chickpeas!
ReplyDeleteOoh those chickpeas sound delicious!
ReplyDeleteTJ's gluten free cookies. Run, don't walk.
ReplyDeleteOur saucepans have the holes in the lid and it was a key criteria when we chose them! So handy. Also cool touch handles/lid because I am forever burning myself on lid handles. I think I am a bit of a saucepan snob, I am realising...
I have prescription sunglasses which were stupidly expensive so I am very very very careful with them. I've had them about 2 years now which makes me quite proud of myself!
I've never been to Trader Joe's but I would probably go bankrupt if one were nearby. I may need to upgrade my pasta pot to an actual pasta pot -- not a regular pot and additional colander. And I'm the same with sunglasses. As soon as I spend more than $5-10 on a pair, I lose them or break them or a dog chews on them. The ones I spend the least amount on last forever ...
ReplyDeleteoh i need to try those chickpeas! i actually need to make a TJ run bc i'm out of coconut oil spray which i've decided is the best thing ever to cook everything in. and those sunglasses are too cute!

I love crispy chickpeas but have never tried TJ's! I love the masala veggie burgers from there, and the almond croissants. I always check whatsgoodattraderjoes.com before I go to see what's new and recommended. Thanks for linking up!
ReplyDeleteI love trader Joe's!! But I'm not a fan of chickpeas. I know I know, I'm a weirdo. Everyone in my family loves them but me.
ReplyDeleteTJ's Gnocchi is my absolutely favorite - especially the gorgonzola kind... and now I'm hungry.
ReplyDeleteJust stopped by TJs for some gnocchi and chickpeas today after reading this post! I've never tried either before!
ReplyDeleteCute glasses from Amazon! Still affordable even though the price has more than tripled since you first bough them. I'm a big fan of chick peas so I need to try those out!
ReplyDeleteYou know how much I love those sunnies! I broke the black pair but still have the tortoiseshell ones. I need that IKEA pot, what a genius concept and so much easier.
ReplyDeleteYep, I'm with you. I make roasted chickpeas but they're never as crunchy and delicious as the store bought ones, I use them as crouton alternatives too!
ReplyDeleteThose sunglasses are super cute!
Whenever I'm in Louisiana or LA I always get the plantain chips from TJ's because plantain anything is pretty much non existent at home!
ooh super good to know on both!! XO - Alexandra
ReplyDeleteSimply Alexandra: My Favorite Things
I love chickpeas from the store like that, but I made some that tasted nothing like them too. I dont get it?? What do they do so different than makes them so good??? TJ's gorgonzola gnocchi is my absolute favorite!
