I was behind a bus that was going so slow and I couldn't get around him. He changed lanes (no-one's gonna argue with a bus) and I was freeeeee.
Woke up at like 2am the other night (morning?) and realised I had ALL THE TIME left.
note: I do this as well, I'm sure, but it's not funny when I do it.
KC randomly bringing me home an apple juice.
I thought this post would be one that I was just randomly venting and whatever, and it quickly skyrocketed (ok more like top of a tree rocketed) to my most popular post. Blew ma mind.
I can finally breathe out of both nostrils.
KC said no more trips for awhile after Europe, unless it's somewhere like Disney.
When one of my cats allows me to pick them up, pet them or cuddle them without wanting to get down and asfarawayfrommeaspossible immediately.
I found out there is a Lizzie Bennet Diaries special edition of Pride & Prejudice and I got it on sale.
Speaking of P&P stuff, it makes me all giddy like when people who read this small blog are like 'saw this and thought of you!' you thought of me? I mean I know I talk about it a lot, but aw. That makes me feel special

OMG YOU GUYS IT'S THUMBELINA |
Mummy got me a hand vac for Christmas.
And finally, I get to go to DC in March for the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon with Alyssa, Tracy, Becky and Erin. Don't be jealous.
That gif makes me happy.
Oh and I'm going to NYC in less than 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS!
Anything small or silly lately make you ridiculously happy?
These are all super fun and happy things! I LOVE THUMBALINA!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHahaha I love the one about buses. Whenever that happens I can't help but look over at that car that just tried to whip around me and be like, "Suckahhh!" I tend to get stupidly happy when I remember there is leftover pizza or that one of my favorite shows is on that night. Or every time Aaron says, "Want to drive out to the ocean?" He never wants to do that and I'm always dragging him there or going by myself, so it's nice when it's his idea. I just found out about the Lizzie Bennet diaries so I have a lot of catching up to do.
ReplyDeletehaha you make me laugh so much! And this post gave me the happies lol!
ReplyDeleteSo basically KC just gave you permission to go to Disney all the time right? :)
ReplyDeleteBeing able to breathe from both nostrils is a gift not to be taken lightly! Going to NYC is 3 weeks is something to look forward to, hope you have a blast! That last gif is hilarious! I think I may have the same excited face.
ReplyDeleteThat dancing gif makes me insanely happy as well. I am so pumped for you about your race!!!!! I want to come!!! Realizing you get another 1-2 hours of sleep is the BEST feeling ever! However I judge my life entirely by how many hours of sleep I can get......sleep is my best friend ;)
ReplyDeleteOmg yesssssss to all of these!!! Especially the I can breath through both nostrils haha! Best feeling ever!! I'm jealous of your upcoming trips, especially going to NYC around the holidays!

"note: I do this as well, I'm sure, but it's not funny when I do it." Bahahahahahah! DO AS I SAY NOT AS I DO!
ReplyDeleteHahaha all of your gifs make me happy.
ReplyDeleteSeeing these gifs makes me happy. Especially any gif with Abed in it. Also, when I watch different cartoons and recognize the voice actors immediately. When I have a fridge full of new, unopened food. When my cats talk to me (especially when my girl cat looks at me and does the silent meow -- all the feels). Eating amazing food at a new restaurant. Oh, and squeezing the tummy of the bobby doll I got in Cardiff.
ReplyDeleteThis post is awesome sauce.
~Gianni~
Haha all great things to get happy about!
ReplyDeleteCute post!! This is what makes me happy :)

ReplyDeleteBreathing out of both nostrils is not something to take for granted.
ReplyDeleteI get deliriously happy when I wake up in the middle of the night and realize I still have like 6 hours before I have to get up. Best feeling ever.
I've been wanting to catch up on White Collar but season 5 isn't on Netflix yet. I found it on On Demand. I *might* have done a jig of glee.
I love this post!!! I also went back and read your other most popular post because I am so behind and... well.... you are so right on with your thought process. My ex and I always lived beyond our means and I am paying for it now. If I could go back I would do it so differently. And I get ridiculously happy when I wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning and realize I have all the time left:) Cheers!!!
ReplyDeleteYou have a knack for choosing gifs my friend. Well illustrated! Lol, still smiling.

ReplyDeleteWednesday Adams... busting a move!!!!
I am jealous of your race... that will be AWESOME!!!
I so laughed at your being ALIVE breaking through both nostrils. You never know how much you love it until you can't do it anymore. Breathing. It rocks.
Haha this post make me love you even more :D many of these things make me happy as well (except it's nto KC bringing me things or tellin me things, but ya know) Currently the thing that would make me giddily happy is being able to breathe out of both nostrils though, One of my clients came in sick Monday and now I'm sick, bleh :/
ReplyDeleteI stupid love this post and everything about it! I cannot WAIT until you come to NYC (SO SOON OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!) and am so beyond happy that you're coming to DC now too.
ReplyDeleteIs there a link to the posts for your Europe trip? I'd like to see that!
ReplyDeleteLove this, and yes, I get stupidly happy at so many little things! It really does not take much to make me happy! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm rooting for Disney!!
ReplyDeleteYES!! I love this list. I love being able to breath through both nostrils -so simple yet so satisfying. NYC is a place that is on my list of places to be and it will definitely be cold when you go!
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I always like to order apple juice on the plane. Otherwise, I don't buy it. Weird.
Haha your apple juice face = my wine face all day long. So true about the dang cats agreeing to not bolt being a huge endorphin boost! OMG traffic and road rage are the worst for me - I usually try to pass the slow person and end up in the slower lane though hah.
ReplyDeleteSeriously this post all by itself made me ridiculously happy!!
ReplyDeletethat is all! hahaha
Love this, pretty much any little online purchase makes me ridiculously happy. Like the earrings I just snagged on sale. lol xo
ReplyDeleteHahaha I LOVE this post! Such an uplifting and light and funny one to read first thing in the morning! Love that GIF of the little girl doin' her thing!
ReplyDeleteCarly xo
This entire post makes me smile!!! I'm with you - sometimes it really is the little things like realizing you still have a couple hours left to sleep or reading a really good book!!!
ReplyDeleteIf if I hadn't actually read this, it was worth if for the gifs. And I feel like I need to do RnR in DC since all the cool girl bloggers are doing it !!
ReplyDeleteHaha love this! And I always think of you when I see any P&P related things.
ReplyDeleteAww your race is going to be amazing! And yes! I love that feeling waking up and realizing you still have hours before you have to actually get up.
ReplyDeleteReplace apple juice with chocolate milk and that is me :)
ReplyDeleteLOLOL at the Addams Family gif. (Is that what that is??) And I'm glad you like it when people think of you when they see P&P stuff. :) Who DOESN'T think of you when they see that stuff? I also love that Princess Bride quote and use it ALL THE TIME. #1 offender word: IRONIC. Thank you, Alanis Morissette.
ReplyDeleteYay NYC!! That's a good trip to look forward to. I love when Eddie (our cat) is all cuddly, I usually sit still longer just because he is sitting on me. I freaked out over finding this sparkling apple juice that I love the other day when P and I was at the store. The guy at the store laughed at me.
ReplyDeleteHaha I loved this post. IT made me laugh at work today. I totally get happy about the silliest things!!! Daily!
ReplyDeleteHaha these are really funny! I loved watching all of these!
ReplyDeleteMelanie @ meandmr.com
Haha the apple juice made me giggle, so random! And I was moving our DVD collection to another room when I came across P&P (I didn't even know I owned that...) and totally thought of you! Haha is that weird?
ReplyDeleteHaha, a love this post!
ReplyDeleteHot chocolate with marshmallows makes me irrationally happy. And seeing the red pandas on my way to work. And cute puppies looking adoringly at their owners (I need a puppy!!).
lmao! this post is hilarious. you have the best blog ever!!!
