I went for a run (!!) yesterday after work and sat in my filthy sweaty running clothes for like 4 hours.
I wear the same bra almost everyday. That's if I wear a bra.
I get really mad when I see something 'on sale' and it's like $50. No. Or when a friend says 'oh yeah, this dress was only $60 like isn't that awesome?'
I had to book something for this week for work, and I got into slight trouble because I included the 4th and didn't I know it was a holiday? Of course I know, but really no, I forgot because it's not ingrained in my memory like it probably is yours. And I blame the person who told me 'for the week'. I know this probably doesn't make sense, but basically like 3 months ago I forgot about the 4th of July.
I have never finished chapstick before in my life. I always lose them or the cats steal them to play with. When we moved, KC found like 7 under the couch. Oops.
I am not the best driver. I used to be totally badass and reckless and stupid, which resulted in a not so great accident and now I am convinced everyone is going to hit me and kill me and basically I'm scared Dean except with cars. KC gets so mad at me because I gasp and almost scream when we are in no danger whatsover. My bad.

A 'friend' of mine has been completely ignoring my texts so when I got a text guess what I did? Completely ignored. Except its gnawing at me because I hate not responding. But I am more annoyed than anything - you can ignore me but when you want me I'm supposed to jump? No bitch.
I may have mentioned I ate allllll the foods in Australia, so I gained allll the weight. I have lost a teensy tiny bit but why can't I lose 10 lbs overnight? Salad for days even though I feel like this.
And maybe you didn't notice that I didn't do my budget for June? That's because if you remember, my goals were to 'eat all the foods (accomplished) and buy all the things (also accomplished). I bought so much that I may have given my husband anxiety over all the money I spent. So much so he almost took our Chicago weekend away from me.
But as of right now, we are still going, and if we don't I will cry many rivers.

haha I have a favourite bra and it gets abused. Maybe not everyday but it does get abused. haha Also good move with the friend who hasn't texted. I probably would have done the same thing actually and as for the 10 pounds, with the week Im having, I wish I could just eat a bowl of pasta slowly. With soda. haha
ReplyDeleteGirl on Saturday I taught two Barre classes and then ran around all day in the same clothes....I ran into one of the girls who took my class (at like 8 in the morning) in TJMaxx at like 2pm.....she was like showered and ready for the day and I was still in my nasty clothes....ummmm yeah I know all about that ;-) Oh and I wear that F21 bra on serious repeat!

Yep I'm not even ashamed to wear the same bra especially when I like it and it fits and I wash it over and over again so I don't feel weird wearing it all the time.

Okay, I admit I may have a slightly higher price threshold than you on some things, but I am going to vent here anyway (hope you don't mind!) since you brought up the $60 issue and say I hate when someone excitedly writes "ON SALE!!!" next to whatever item they're linking to and you think it's going to be a great bargain it's still like over $100. That is not a sale that merits exclamation points. Not at all. Pretending like it does is just humblebragging!
ReplyDeleteI wear like two bras all week... probably not the best since it's face melting hot down here but they're SO comfy. I can't not. I'm pretty sure I've never finished a Chapstick either. And sadly I buy them three at a time. I just opened a new one last Thursday and I already lost it. Oh and I feel your pain, I ate ALL the food over my bday weekend and now I'm not looking so great for Key West this weekend. Ugh. Oh well.

I know how you feel about the friend who doesn't reply and then you can't help but wanting to reply. I just try to distract myself for a hour or so and hope I will forget about it. I hate that people are so intensive about others and think we're sitting around waiting for their reply ... rant over *sigh* ;)

Also one time I was rear ended, and while that car was in the shop I was borrowing my brother's car and hydroplaned and got in a bad accident therefore I gasp every time I even see a puddle or someone is driving behind me, which is all the time. ReplyDeleteYes, yes, and yes. No bra. Bras are horrible inventions that are sometimes necessary (although if you ask a coworker of mine her waist length boobies can always go free). But I wear the same one - mostly because I find one that I really like and don't want to spend $50 to buy a second one. Also the weight on a trip? Yes, that sucks. I gained 10 pounds as well during my wedding and honeymoon... I've managed to go down 3 pounds, but why are the rest sticking around???

I've had to stop sitting in my sweaty run/gym clothes because I have such sensitive skin that I'm getting the worse back/boob-ne... Dislike. And when I told my dermatologist, she gave me some shitty wipes and said here you go, try these. I wanted to be like really? Why do you get paid?

ReplyDeleteI have a drawer full of bras, but still prefer to use the same ones (one with straps, one without) over and over. I just hang them on the towel rack to air out overnight and then use it again the next day! Lol.
